We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we strive to accommodate our patients’ needs while maintaining the integrity of our scheduling system. To respect our practitioners’ time and protect their livelihood, we enforce the following cancellation policy:
- To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations and reschedulings made within less than 24 hours will incur a flat fee of $80, or the full fee of the appointment if less than $80.
- All cancellations must be done by phone or email. If our phone is busy or you are calling out of hours, please leave us a voice message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
